Boulder Keyed Single Cylinder Handleset with an Oval Interior Knob

The Boulder style handleset looks both durable and strong. Keep your home safe and secure and greet your guests in style. With Baldwin you never have to sacrifice security for style! The single cylinder deadbolt locks and unlocks with a key on the outside and a push turn on the inside. The emergency egress function allows the bolt and latch to be released at the same time by turning the interior knob. The handleset will remain unlocked until locked with the key or push turn.

Need to a make a return or report a damaged shipment?
No problem. Simply email cs@factorydirecthardware.com with your original invoice number and reason for return, and we'll email instructions for making your return.

We do ask that your return meets the following rules:

• RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.          
• Products are in original packaging.       
• Products have not been installed or used.          
• Clearance returns are not accepted.

Do I pay a restocking fee?

All  returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
