Baldwin 85385.2DCR Soho Double Cylinder Two Point Handleset

Double Cylinder: A double cylinder lock is keyed on both sides of the door and is only locked and unlocked via a key. Often times they are used on doors where glass is near the door that could be easily broken and the thumbturn on a standard single cylinder lock would be accessible. Note: Some images of this product may be of single cylinder version of the lock with a thumbturn on the interior rather than a keyed cylinder.

Caution: Double Cylinder locks can pose a safety hazzard in times of emergency due to requiring a key to unlock. Please check local codes before installing.

The double cylinder function locks and unlocks on both sides.

• This is a Two Point Lock and requires 3 bore holes (see the installation instructions- PDF file)
• The Top Deadbolt is a Double Cylinder Deadbolt that operates the Deadbolt Latch by key from the exterior and by key from the interior. The lower Deadbolt is Single Cylinder (just above the exterior thumblatch) and operates the bottom spring latch from the exterior using a key and from the interior by the thumbturn on the Interior Soho Lever.

No problem. Simply email cs@factorydirecthardware.com with your original invoice number and reason for return, and we'll email instructions for making your return.

We do ask that your return meets the following rules:

• RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.          
• Products are in original packaging.       
• Products have not been installed or used.          
• Clearance returns are not accepted.

Do I pay a restocking fee?

All  returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
