E-Grade-3 Deadbolts are manufactured & tested to ANSI/BHMA Grade-3. Quality features include all metal construction, decorative ADA turn-pieces, 1" nickel plated bolts with free turning rollpins, and premium finishes.

Function: (Double Cylinder)

Deadbolt thrown by rotating interior or exterior key. Plain-latch retracted by interior knob/lever or exterior thumb piece.

Disclaimer:

Double Cylinder locks will not pass many municipal and fire codes and no longer allow these locks. The theory is that if there were a fire in your home and you needed to get out quickly, you might, in the excitement, forget where the key to the deadbolt was, and not be able to unlock it to get out. These fire codes then demand that a thumb-latch deadbolt be used instead, so that you can always unlock the deadbolt easily.

No problem. Simply email cs@factorydirecthardware.com with your original invoice number and reason for return, and we'll email instructions for making your return.

We do ask that your return meets the following rules:

• RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.          
• Products are in original packaging.       
• Products have not been installed or used.          
• Clearance returns are not accepted.

FAQ
Do I pay a restocking fee?

All  returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.

Special ordered products are not returnable.
