The Hager BB1817 4" x 4" square and radius corner hinge. This hinge is assembled for left hand in swing and features steel construction, square and 5/8" radius corners, ball bearings, removable pin, includes mounting hardware and is fully reversible. Choose from many finishes, allowing you to match your choice of door hardware. Hager residential hinges are provided without lubrication. It is recommended that you lubricate the hinges after installation. All Hager residential hinges conform to the light weight requirements of ANSI A156.1.

No problem. Simply email cs@factorydirecthardware.com with your original invoice number and reason for return, and we'll email instructions for making your return.

We do ask that your return meets the following rules:

• RGA request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.          
• Products are in original packaging.       
• Products have not been installed or used.          
• Clearance returns are not accepted.

Do I pay a restocking fee?

All  returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

Please email cs@factorydirecthardware.com within 3 days of receiving the order to report the damage with pictures. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product. We will waive the 15% restocking fee if you let us know your new order number.
